Structural Engineering & Scalable Hardware
- Geometric Versatility: Beyond standard round or square profiles, our engineering focus resides on bespoke structural design. Whether for compact urban footprints or high-profile architectural landmarks, the housing is precisely developed to match the specific landscape aesthetics.
- Marine-Grade Metallurgy: Access to high-purity 304 and 316L stainless steel is processed entirely in-house. This ensures structural integrity and “Zero-Rust” performance even in the most aggressive salt-spray or high-humidity coastal environments.
- Unlimited Utility Capacity: Internal chassis architecture is designed for total scalability. From single-service posts to high-density utility hubs featuring unlimited configurations of outlets and taps, the hardware is adjusted to meet exact site load and density requirements.
The Power of Autonomous Production
Precision Fiber Laser Processing
Utilizing high-wattage fiber laser systems with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. This allows for the clean execution of complex ventilation patterns, custom port arrays, and intricate branding—all with zero thermal distortion and burr-free edges for a perfect hermetic seal.
CNC Synchronized Structural Forming
Heavy-duty CNC press brakes ensure that large-scale stainless steel housings are formed with absolute structural integrity. By maintaining a bending tolerance of <0.2%, JIYA ensures every pedestal maintains its verticality and structural load capacity even in high-vibration marina environments.
Automated Robotic Welding & Finishing
Standardized welding procedures ensure seamless joints, eliminating entry points for moisture. Followed by multi-stage powder coating or fluorocarbon treatment, the finish achieves 1000+ hours of salt-spray resistance, essential for marine longevity.

FAQ
Due to our agile fiber laser-cutting and CNC setup, we do not require extremely high MOQs for customized orders. We support both small-scale specialized engineering projects (e.g., custom marina upgrades) and high-volume utility infrastructure rollouts. Contact our team to discuss your specific project volume.
Yes. We frequently design our internal mounting chassis and pre-wired schematics to accommodate smart meters, circuit breakers, water valves, or specific payment terminals provided by our clients or specified by local utility companies.
Every custom-colored unit undergoes a strict multi-stage chemical pretreatment, followed by high-temperature electrostatic powder coating. This finish is validated in-house using standardized cross-hatch adhesion tests, impact resistance tests, and 1000+ hours of salt-spray testing to guarantee long-term UV and corrosion protection.
We can work with a wide range of formats. For initial consultations, 2D PDF sketches are acceptable. For engineering and production, we prefer 3D CAD files such as STEP, IGES, or DWG/DXF formats. If you only have conceptual ideas, our in-house engineering team can generate the 3D models for you.
Every custom design undergoes strict validation. This includes mechanical load testing, high-voltage insulation tests, and IP-rating compliance tests. We simulate extreme outdoor environments using high-pressure water jet spray tests to ensure that the dry electrical chamber remains 100% moisture-free.
We strictly respect and protect our clients’ intellectual property. Before any technical files or design concepts are shared, we sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All custom ODM designs developed specifically for your brand remain your exclusive property, and we will never manufacture or sell your proprietary designs to other parties.
