Corrosion Mitigation

  • Marine-Grade Metallurgy: We process certified SUS 316L stainless steel entirely in-house. This molybdenum-alloyed steel offers exceptional resistance to chloride pitting, ensuring decades of rust-free structural integrity.
  • Multi-Layer Barrier: Every housing undergoes electrostatic thermosetting powder coating, creating an impenetrable barrier against harsh saltwater splash and UV degradation.

Why Choose Us

  • Precision Bending & Tight Seals: Our CNC synchronized forming ensures a bending tolerance of <0.2%, creating a perfectly sealed cabinet structure that resists water ingress in heavy coastal storms.
  • Temperature Rise & Arc Prevention: Solid nickel-plated brass contacts ensure maximum electrical conductivity, preventing contact arcing and keeping temperature rise safely within international limits under continuous 24/7 yacht loads.
  • Custom Brand Integration: We provide permanent brand identity via high-precision laser engraving on the stainless steel housing, ensuring your yacht club’s logo survives decades of marine UV exposure.
  • Simplified Maintenance Layout:All internal circuit breakers, receptacles, and water pipes are modularly arranged for fast, hassle-free troubleshooting and component replacement by local dock technicians.

FAQ

Standard SUS 304 stainless steel is highly susceptible to “pitting corrosion” when exposed to chloride-rich environments like saltwater and marine air. SUS 316L contains 2-3% molybdenum, which specifically prevents chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. This makes 316L the only reliable metallurgical choice for long-term rust-free performance on boat docks and yacht clubs.

Our dual-utility pedestals are engineered with a strict “dual-chamber” design. A heavy-gauge steel internal barrier physically seals the upper electrical compartment away from the lower plumbing pipes. In the unlikely event of an internal pipe leak, the water is drained out through bottom relief holes, completely unable to enter the sealed electrical chamber.

Yes. We customize internal wiring and receptacle layouts to meet your specific dock load requirements. Our pedestals can be configured with standard 30A, 50A, and up to 100A receptacles, supporting both single-phase and three-phase power delivery (compliant with NEMA, IEC 60309, or Australian standards).

While our pedestals carry IP54+ weather protection against rain and spray, electrical connections must be kept above water levels. We design our marine pedestals to be mounted on elevated concrete pads. Additionally, the internal modular components are positioned as high as possible in the housing, allowing the bottom to act as a dry buffer zone.

All fresh water hookups are equipped with manual drain valves. Before freezing weather arrives, dock managers can completely drain the residual water from the column. Additionally, the internal pipes are wrapped in closed-cell thermal insulation, and we can pre-integrate trace-heating cables within the housing for extreme cold environments.

Absolutely. We use high-precision fiber laser engraving and acid-etched stainless steel nameplates. Your yacht club’s logo, safety warnings, and numbering will be permanently etched into the metal. This ensures the branding never fades, peels, or rusts, surviving decades of intense marine UV exposure.
